A: 4–6 weeks is ideal, but I often accommodate shorter timelines. Nov/Dec are my busiest months, so booking your holiday/end-of-year event by Sept/Oct is best.

A: Yes. For high-volume events (typically 75+ guests over 3 hours), I bring additional artists as needed, along with a guest ambassador to manage line flow and requests.
I also accept smaller, intimate events with 35 guests or fewer—perfect for VIP experiences or private gatherings.

A: Engraving speed depends on the surface material, length of the text, and whether you’d like the engraving filled with metallic color.
On average:
• 30–35 items per hour without fill
• Up to 20 items per hour with fill
I’ll provide a more accurate estimate after our discovery call, once I understand your event details and guest flow.

A: Yes! I’m based in Philadelphia and travel for events nationwide and internationally.

A: I price according to the scope of each project. On most discovery calls, I can provide ballpark pricing and will share final pricing outlining the full scope of work in my proposal to you.
